Preview at the yard
Every lot is on the yard before the sale. Walk in weekdays 7:00–3:30, look it over, start it, ask Gage or Blue about it. What you see is what sells.
Bid online or pre-bid
Tuesday sales are timed with a soft close — late bids extend the clock. Saturday sales are called live by our auctioneers, merging your pre-bids with real-time bidding.
Pay and haul
Invoices arrive at close. Pay by Tuesday 3:30 PM, remove by Thursday 3:30 PM — we’ll help you load.

- Invoices arrive when the auction closes.
- Pay in person from Monday 7:00 AM, by Tuesday 3:30 PM — cash, cashier's check, wire, or card (3% fee). No personal or business checks.
- Remove by Thursday 3:30 PM. $25/day storage after Tuesday.
- Loading — the yard crew helps you load, weekdays 7:00–3:30.

Bidder questions
Do I need to pay a deposit to bid?
No. Registration is free on all three platforms — HiBid, Proxibid and EquipmentFacts — with no deposit required.
What is the buyer’s premium?
The monthly Saturday vehicle & equipment sale carries a 13% buyer’s premium; the online miscellaneous (tools & materials) sales carry 15%. Sales tax of 9.1% applies to the hammer price plus the premium.
Can I inspect items before bidding?
Yes — the yard at 1616 S. 67th Ave, Phoenix is open for public preview Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. No appointment needed.
How do I pay after winning?
Invoices go out when the auction closes. Pay by cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or card in person (3% card fee). Personal and business checks are not accepted. Payment is due by 3:30 PM on the Tuesday following the sale.
When do I pick up my items?
Pickup starts the Monday after the sale at 7:00 AM and items must be removed by Thursday 3:30 PM. A $25 per day storage fee applies to items not paid for by Tuesday.
Are the vehicles emissions-tested or warrantied?
No. WSM is an Arizona 28-4410.01 public consignment auction dealer — everything sells AS-IS with no warranties, and vehicles are not guaranteed to pass emissions. All sales are final.
